March 16, 2017 - Michael delivers a lecture to the "Good Company – Kali Parea" group about why the church is declining in America and the importance of the role of adult laity in reversing this trend. Stressing the importance of examining what we truly believe about our Orthodox Christian faith, he addressed in depth the following 5 questions.
1. What do we believe about the current state of our Orthodox Church? 2. What do we believe about the role of Church in our lives? 3. What do we believe about the Church priorities? 4. What do we believe about the challenges of Church and our current society? 5. What do we believe should be the face/witness of the Orthodox Church to this society?
